Returns/Refunds/Changes in Order
All sales are FINAL, meaning there will be no refunds, returns, exchanges once you have placed an order unless there is a defect.
If your order has not yet shipped, you need to change your order/shipping address, or you have an issue with your order, please email me with your order number at [email protected]. Once it's shipped, I cannot make any changes or accept returns and I am not responsible for lost/damaged packages.
How do I place an order?
Orders are placed through the site. When the pre-ordering period opens, the form link will be posted on this carrd. There will be a deadline to place a preorder and opening info will be announced on instagram @sintalab.
How long will shipping take?
Since all purchases (except for sweatshirts) are PRE-ORDERS, shipments will take 4-6 weeks and are sent via USPS. You will be notified once your order has been shipped, but for any questions pertaining to your order, feel free to email me.
NOTE: For ALL orders, you will receive a USPS tracking number ONLY for tracked mail orders. Tracking information will be sent to you via email once the order has been shipped.
